Berlin - Germany
Throughout my overall experience as a designer at GSG I worked and collaborated on diverse projects and teams, and also I had the opportunity to contribute my skills and expertise to the Best Buy project, collaborating closely with other designers.

As part of the project I conducted benchmarking and additional research to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and preferences. This holistic approach enabled me to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within Best Buy's homepage.

I took on the responsibility of redesigning the homepage, employing a user-centric design approach. This involved creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mock-ups to bring the new design concept to life.

Throughout the process, I maintained a strong focus on usability, ensuring that the redesigned homepage provided a seamless and engaging user experience while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, gathering their feedback and incorporating it into the iterative design process.
Mid-level UX/UI Designer

I worked conceptualizing design ideas, ideating product flows, and bringing them to life through prototyping using tools like Figma and Sketch. I also had an active role in moderating usability tests, conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions for the car financing online simulator platform, the online portal for selling/buying cars and the feature for car financing contract management within the BV app.

In addition to designing interfaces for web and iOS/Android projects, I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to define and monitor metrics to assess the performance of the products, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that they meet the defined success criteria.

By engaging in these diverse activities, I bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring that the final deliverables not only meet the design requirements but also perform optimally and increased revenue. In my role as a UX Designer, I had the opportunity to contribute to a web application project focused on car insurance inspection.
To gain deeper insights into user experience and conversion rates, I devised a comprehensive plan for collecting data and developed the entire structure for Google Analytics, including events, tags, conversion funnels, and goals. The data collected from these efforts would serve as a foundation for further analysis and data-driven decisions.
Additionally, I worked to identify significant usability issues and prioritize them for subsequent implementations and iterations of the product in order to optimize the user experience. By combining user feedback with quantitative data, we could create a roadmap for future iterations that would address the most critical usability issues and deliver a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
